Grant Application & Criteria

The Warren County Educational Endowment is seeking applications for grants which focus on educational excellence and support Warren County Public School’s vision of “Learning through Inspiration, Engagement, Empowerment, and Innovation – Every Student, Every Day.”


Further, the Endowment seeks projects which foster Warren County Schools’ goal that students will graduate from Warren County Public Schools able to think critically; think creatively; communicate effectively; collaborate with others; and be prepared to enter the work force with marketable skills and/or ready for the rigor of higher education.



Grant Request Form

  • I will bring a research-based, itemized list of expenditures (including shipping and handling) for this project to my presentation to the Warren County Educational Endowment Board on September 29, 2025.
  • I will spend the amount awarded and/or submit final purchase orders by December 15, 2025. I understand that all grant money not accounted for by December 17, 2025, will be returned to WCEE.
  • I understand that special written requests for extensions of time for grants may be considered by the board.

The Categories for Grant consideration are:


  • Category 1 - These grants are for projects which cost from $100-$5,000. Focus is generally on individual teachers or staff members who propose creative ideas that impact individual classes, groups of classes, or other groups of students. Total amount awarded in this category: Up to $5,000
  • Category 2 - These grants are for projects which cost from $5,000-$10,000. Focus is on creativity and impact on large numbers of students. Total amount awarded in this category: Up to $10,000
  • Category 3 - These grants are for projects which cost from $10,000-$15,000. Focus is on creativity and systemic impact on large numbers of students. Total amount awarded in this category: Up to $15,000


We are unable to fund field trips because of transportation issues, and we do not fund furniture. We fund programs and innovative instructional techniques that result in improved student achievement and engagement.
